Triad Roofing Services offers a wide range of commercial and specialty services including:
- Built-up roof membranes, referred to by the acronym BUR, have been in use in the U.S. for more than 100 years. Built-up roof systems are commonly referred to as “tar and gravel” roofs. BUR systems generally are composed of alternating layers of bitumen and reinforcing fabrics that create a finished membrane.
- Low slope metal roofs have been a preferred roof covering for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings for years; this roof has the ability to protect against the elements, allow water to drain away from the roof surface, and keep the building contents and occupants dry and comfortable.
- Polymer-modified roof membranes are composed of reinforcing fabrics that serve as carriers for the hot polymer-modified bitumen as it is manufactured into a roll material. Modified bitumen roof system membranes are composed of multiple layers; much like built-up roofs.
- EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer) has a 45-year track record of proven performance that provides low maintenance and excellent weathering characteristics, making it the ideal roofing option for most northern climates. The traditional black color of EPDM membrane attracts the sun’s solar energy and can help to reduce heating costs during the cold.
